Pick up times

  • We will be picked up at 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm
  • We will have our dinner at 5:30 pm instead of 7:30 pm

Cost

How much should we charge each kid? I'm leaning towards 150$ and if the fundraising raises more than then the price can be reduced

Do we have anyone who can't pay? Can we list these folks and then approach them to see if they need help. I noticed that some don't attend and just don't give a reason.

Fundraising

  • Selling snacks on Saturday - Grade 8
  • Selling chocolate at Superstore - is this happening?

What to bring

  • Servants: Snacks, extra books (Agpeyas, Bibles, Tasbeha), Extra paper pads & pens, songs booklets, print out of schedule for youth
  • Youth: Personal agpeya and Bible, paper and pens for taking notes, and other camp basics: toiletries, change of clothes, towels, pillow/bedsheet/blanket if needed.. etc

Activities

  • Fun group bonding games
  • Schedule time for confession for those interested

  • Laptop and cables

Youth involvement

  • Help out in the activities
  • Help out in praise and worship (bring a guitar if possible)
