Rules of tournament (Draft 1):
The purpose of these rules is to try to engage the high school kids to come and attend the whole day in church. The proposed rules is as follows:
Servants must decide the teams before hand. That can allow for more competitive spirit, and more communication with different kids from different school years. The number of players in the team depends on how many kids will decide to come. I would suggest to have them pay before hand that will allow us to determine the number of medals, as well as allow us to determine which players will be in which teams.

We can also create some sort of form that each player, so they can keep up with their own points. At the end we can announce three players:

each of which can receive any gift (ie. gift cards to Starbucks, Tims, etc.)
Most valuable player - picked by each team
Most spirited player - picked by each team
Most valuable Person - based on points (spirit, attending the liturgy,...)
Points displayed in a clear way with the trophy underneath

12:30 - 1:00am - Prayer/ice breaker/teams/rules
1:00 - 3:00 - tournament basket ball/soccer (4 games) - prayer before each game
3:00 - 4:00 - prayer/talk/break food
4:00 - 6:00 - Volleyball / ping ping - prayer before each game
