Pick up times
- We will be picked up at 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm
- We will have our dinner at 5:30 pm instead of 7:30 pm
Cost
How much should we charge each kid? I'm leaning towards 150$ and if the fundraising raises more than then the price can be reduced
Do we have anyone who can't pay? Can we list these folks and then approach them to see if they need help. I noticed that some don't attend and just don't give a reason.
